Για τρίτη χρονιά, προσκαλούμε όλα τα μέλη μας και τους αποφοίτους του τμήματος Πληροφορικής και Τηλεπικοινωνιών να δώσουν το παρών στις εκλογές, αλλά και να εξετάσουν σοβαρά το ενδεχόμενο να υποβάλουν υποψηφιότητα. Ένα πολυπληθές ψηφοδέλτιο είναι κρίσιμης σημασίας για την περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη και ενδυνάμωση του Συλλόγου.
Πληροφορίες για τους ψηφοφόρους
Οι ψηφοφόροι ψηφίζουν με την επίδειξη αστυνομικής ταυτότητας ή διαβατηρίου. Δικαίωμα ψήφου έχουν όλα τα εγγεγραμμένα τακτικά μέλη του Συλλόγου Αποφοίτων που έχουν καταβάλλει την ετήσια συνδρομή τους για το τρέχον έτος. Θα έχετε τη δυνατότητα να εγγραφείτε ως μέλη, αλλά και να εξοφλήσετε τη συνδρομή σας την ημέρα των εκλογών. Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι το ύψος της ετήσιας συνδρομής είναι €5, ενώ μπορείτε προαιρετικά να καταβάλετε επιπλέον οικονομική ενίσχυση, αν το θέλετε.
Τρόπος διεξαγωγής της ψηφοφορίας
Το ψηφοδέλτιο είναι ενιαίο για όλους τους υποψηφίους και χωρίζεται σε δύο ξεχωριστές ενότητες, για το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο και την Ελεγκτική Επιτροπή αντίστοιχα. Η προτίμηση προς κάποιο υποψήφιο δηλώνεται με ένα σταυρό δίπλα από το όνομα του υποψηφίου. Ο μέγιστος επιτρεπόμενος αριθμός σταυρών προτίμησης είναι:
- έως 3 σταυροί για το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο
- έως 2 σταυροί για την Ελεγκτική Επιτροπή
Πληροφορίες για τους υποψηφίους
Οποιοδήποτε τακτικό μέλος του Συλλόγου έχει το δικαίωμα να θέσει υποψηφιότητα για το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο ή την Ελεγκτική Επιτροπή. Αν επιθυμείτε να είστε υποψήφιος πρέπει να δηλώσετε την υποψηφιότητά σας έως και την προηγούμενη ημέρα των εκλογών, δηλαδή έως και την Τρίτη 28/6/2010 στις 23:59 το βράδυ, στο email του Συλλόγου.
Το email σας πρέπει να έχει θέμα (subject) «Υποψηφιότητα» και να περιλαμβάνει τις εξής πληροφορίες:
- το όργανο για το οποίο είστε υποψήφιος (ΔΣ ή ΕΕ)
- τα εξής στοιχεία: ονοματεπώνυμο, όνομα πατρός, έτος αποφοίτησης, κινητό τηλέφωνο, email
- προαιρετικά, μια σύντομη παρουσίαση του υποψηφίου (περί τις 100 λέξεις), για δημοσίευση στο δικτυακό τόπο του Συλλόγου.
Για να θέσετε υποψηφιότητα, είναι απαραίτητο να έχετε κάνει εγγραφή ως τακτικά μέλη.
